How do we find out the customer we ordered parts for??

How do we do an open order search by part number? St. Joe uses this on all non-catalog parts that come in to help expedite backorders. Also usefull when parts are commited for blanket orders and we need them for a hot order. (something equivalent to OIQ in Trib.?)

Tie the order to a P.O.
The other way is to go to the menu bar and choose Inquiry>Customer>Customer Docuscope.
Follow the instructions, and you will find out what they purchased.
